What is ChurchSuite & My ChurchSuite?
ChurchSuite is our secure, online database - and it's the tool we use to keep in touch via email - so ensuring your details are added and up to date on ChurchSuite willl ensure we can keep in touch with you. But remember you're in complete control of what is stored on ChurchSuite (and you can unsubscribe from emails at any time if you want).
My ChurchSuite is the tool designed for you to use to help you access and engage with the life of the church.
When you use My ChurchSuite you can connect with groups, check dates that you are serving on rotas, and update your personal details (and those of any children). Your information is completely secure and you get to say what is shared and where. Our rotas, church directory, and much more are now available for church members and congregational non-members to access using My ChurchSuite, both online and via an app for phones and tablets.
Not on ChurchSuite?
To request to join ChurchSuite you can sign up yourself by clicking here and completing an online form (or use the link at the bottom of this page). You can also request an invitation to join My ChurchSuite by emailing communications@didcotbaptist.org.uk You will then be sent an email containing a unique login-link with instructions on accessing My ChurchSuite for the first time and setting a password. After setting a password follow the login instructions above.
Using ChurchSuite & My ChurchSuite:
Once your application to join ChurchSuite has been approved you'll recieve instructions on how to access ChurchSuite online.
You can then login to MyChurchSuite via any web browser on your desktop or laptop at https://didcotbaptist.churchsuite.co.uk/my
But the best way to access ChurchSuite is using the ChurchSuite app that you can download to access My ChurchSuite more easily
