David Kerrigan

I qualified as an accountant and worked in industry through to my early 30s, but have been involved in mission of some kind ever since. My wife Janet and I were mission workers, first in Bangladesh based at a General and Leprosy Hospital, and later in Sri Lanka, where I worked as our Asia Team Leader. Along the way I have served as the Pastor of churches in Sussex and Devon.

I retired as General Director of BMS World Mission in 2017 but still serve the wider Church in various ways. I am often preaching somewhere, I serve as Trustee/Treasurer at Spurgeons College and I contribute to the ‘Guidelines’ bible study notes for The Bible Reading Fellowship.

I have been a part of Didcot Baptist Church since 1999 and have served as an Elder since 2010.
